Oil service ,recall and a strange noise I had my new truck in to be serviced for the first time for its first oil change. Also I was sent a letter in the mail because since I had purchased t I had my new truck in to be serviced for the first time for its first oil change. Also I was sent a letter in the mail because since I had purchased the truck this year I guess there’s been a recall. However also I had noticed a weird noise coming from the front of my truck so since it needed its first oil change I figured I would have that looked at too. . I called explained the issue , I had an appointment the next day and right away the service tech new what the problem was and the parts were ordered and my car was fixed and everything was done in 24 hours. Also my first oil change was on Honda!! More

Appeared aware that my time was as valuable as his; noted maintenance items that I deferred. Overall: Promises Made and Kept. Great Maintenance Crew, obvious that upper management lets mechanics do the wrenching, and sales people do the selling. I’ve bought two brand new cars at this dealership: 2007 Pilot EXL and 2010 Ridgeline EXL; both deals took less than 4 hours, bought less than sticker and left without buyers remorse. Whatever Kelley does to make the Management Team in Lynn work this well; please do not F*** it up. More

Last minute fix As I was leaving work this afternoon I realized I had a flat tire. I was able to fill the tire long enough to make it to the service center. When I arrived, to a clearly busy evening, I was greated promptly. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment and was traveling for work tomorrow morning. The technician I spoke with brought over the service manager to see if there was anything they could do. The team was able to squeeze me in SAME DAY. I’m so incredibly appreciative. I was nervous to drive so far on the highway with a questionable tire. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I wish I got the team members names so I could thank them personally. More

The service department I really like other Kelly dealerships but this service department needs major improvements for example; customers should always come first, communica I really like other Kelly dealerships but this service department needs major improvements for example; customers should always come first, communication is very important, and lastly speed of service is great but it’s more important to cover all customers concern and resolve all issues rather then saying “we don’t understand your concern” “that service isn’t avaible at the moment” I will not service my vehicle here anymore, I was in the market for an Si or even a Type R is the budget allowed but I will look at another Honda dealership because I can’t trust my vehicles in this service department. It’s just not worth the headache.... More
