Was told by Justin that my car was one of the recalls for an airbag due to the proceedings in Washington regardinga irbags. I was told by Justin that he will be ordering the part and would get a call on Monday when part arrives to schedule the appointment. No call on Monday or Tuesday. Called Wednesady, New Years Eve, Justin was not working so I spoke with the Manager Mike who said he will take care of the issue and to verify if part came in and would let me know by the end of business. No call. Called the dealership today, can't get a hold of Mike or Justin and am unable to leave voice mail because no one has voice mail, not even the Manager...lol. I understand people are busy and service departments are always busy, but a call back shouldn't be too much ask for. even if the part is not in or back ordered I would like to know. They are not making it easy. More

Although the pricing is steep, even with assistance from the dealership, they provided me with a rental car and returned my car to me promptly. It has only been a day since the service was performed, I feel confident that my care will run just like new. More
On November 26th, 2010 I went to the Kelly Honda dealership in Lynn to buy a Honda Odyssey 2006. After I left the dealer I noticed the car was not driving straight, as if the tires were not aligned. dealership in Lynn to buy a Honda Odyssey 2006. After I left the dealer I noticed the car was not driving straight, as if the tires were not aligned. I also noticed one of the headphones for the backseats was not working. After I returned to the dealership for the second time, the problem was only resolved after many attempts and only after I threatened to take them to court. I was told my tires were aligned but the car continued to drift to one side. They told me my car was fixed but it wasn't. I took my car to Sears Auto, paid out of pocket for the alignment, and car was still drifting to one side instead of going straight. I was told that I needed new tires, so I paid for two new tires. But the car is still off balance. After running a car fax on my purchased vehicle I learned the car was involved in two accidents, which probably affected the car's alignment. In the same week, I noticed there was at least one screw missing from each tire and the car manual was missing. The Service Center was able to give me the screws the following week and I was told I would only receive the manual in two or more weeks. After waiting for two weeks I called the dealership and they provided me with a 2010 Odyssey manual, when my car is a 2006. When I was closing the deal I was promised an original (2006) manual and they failed to give me that. About one month later after driving through a puddle, water leaked into the carpets of the back of my car. I went to the dealer and asked if my warranty covered it, and I was told NO. What kind of warranty is this? I was guaranteed bumper to bumper warranty! So I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Now whenever it rains, there is water leaking in through the doors! My kids were complaining they were getting wet from the water coming in! I went to the dealer and was told my warranty does not cover that, and that I would have to pay $300.00 for repairs. The lights in my dashboard burned out twice. I was also charged out of pocket to get those lights fixed. What about my extended warranty?? To make matter worse, I began hearing noises in the transmission whenever it switches gears about one month ago. I went to the Kelly Honda Service Center in Lynn twice and was told the noise it was making was "normal". After I insisted with them several times they had me talk to a mechanic. He challenged me to drive any car on the lot because they ALL make that sound. But I didn't believe him. I've been a client of Honda for many years. When I lived in Brazil I had two Hondas, and I never heard a sound like that coming from the transmission. No mechanic has ever made such an absurd statement to me as this one did. I would like my case to be reviewed and that I receive the attention I deserve as a client. More

I own a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX and love it. It's the 5th Honda I've bought. 4 from Kelly Honda. It wouldn't start the other day so I had the car towed to Kelly Honda in Lynn. Even though it's not brand new I have a comfort in knowing that the most knowledgeable people are working on it. The car was ready within 24hrs & everything was perfect. The Service Manager Mike & the Service employee Rhonda were extremely helpful. I don't regret making the choice to have it serviced at Kelly Honda. More
Kelly Honda is by far the best Honda dealership in the Greater Boston area. I live less than a mile from a different Certified Honda Dealer, however, I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to Kelly Honda. I Greater Boston area. With my old car, the dealership (which was not convenient to where I lived or worked) did oil changes by appointment only. It became such a pain in the ass that I started going to a local Valvoline instead ( to where I lived or worked) did oil changes by appointment only. It became such a pain in the ass that I started going to a local Valvoline instead (the one on Western Ave in Lynn: they're great). So when my new car needed an oil change, I called Kelly Honda to make an appointment. But they said don't bother: just bring it in when it's good for you. Which I did. They took the car right away, and I had it back in about 15 minutes. Then they told me that the first oil change is on the house. Daddy likey! Later came the recall notice in the mail. Evidently, some wire that runs from the electric motor behind the rear seat to the gas motor up front had some risk of catching fire if a lot of weight was placed on it. Well, I seldom have rear seat passengers, so I wasn't too concerned. I intended to take care of it, but I wasn't in a rush. Weeks went by, and I still hadn't done it. So the dealership called me to make an appointment (and by doing so earned *major* points with this procrastinator!). I thanked them for proactively calling me and made the appointment. Then, the morning of the appointment, something came up, and I realized I wouldn't make it in time. So I called the service department to reschedule. Again, they said, don't sweat it. Bring it in today when you can. Which I did. They told me to expect it to take an hour or so, and that's about how long it took. Obviously, since it was a recall, there was no charge. Anyway, when I bought my Saturn, I didn't factor in the importance of the dealership's service department. When that car shat the bed, and I needed to get another car quickly, I went to Kelly Honda because 1.) I knew I wanted a Civic Hybrid, and 2.) frankly, Kelly Honda is just a few minutes from where I live. So even though my experience with Kelly Honda's service department has been limited, they have far and away exceeded my expectations. They have been flexible, efficient, and considerate. And that, in turn, has made the car ownership experience that much better. More
