Freedom Hyundai is an amazing dealership. I had been following the release of the Hyundai Veloster for quite a few months before it was released in September. When I went out to request a Vitamin C Velo following the release of the Hyundai Veloster for quite a few months before it was released in September. When I went out to request a Vitamin C Veloster from all of the area dealerships, I was practically laughed off the lot and told that there was no way that the color and package options I wanted would ever be available in PA. When I got to Freedom they were great with accommodating my request. They were honest that it might take awhile to locate one (it took just under two months--but I know how hard to come by the Vitamin C Velosters are) but they would do their best to get it in as soon as they could. Whenever there was an update on the status of the search, Bill Colon (the sales rep. I worked with) would give me a call to tell me the news. They were able to locate a Veloster in Maryland that was exactly what I was looking for and were even able to get me in to do the paperwork during a very busy Black Friday weekend! I can't say enough nice things about Freedom. After getting told that my car just wouldn't ever become available and then having Freedom work extremely hard to get me exactly what I wanted in a pretty short amount of time is all I could ask for from a dealership! I had a great experience with Freedom and I would recommend all of my friends and family to work with these folks! More
