Good Sales Experience w Poor Follow Up Sales people were friendly and cordial. Unfortunately the team really didn’t know much about the cars they were selling. I understand they were surprised to be flooded w Maserati inventory from the closed Kelly Maserati dealer but there should’ve been some training. From the sales people not knowing basic things to the finance guy pushing his warranties only to find out they won’t cover the brand. After we discovered some issues w the car during state inspection, the “helpfulness” suddenly disappeared. No follow up. No assistance offered. Just a single call to say they did a used car inspection before selling so there couldn’t possibly be anything wrong w the car. Disappointing to see from one of the bigger brands in the area. Won’t be going back. Hopefully they can get their act together before they have to close this dealer too. More
