TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've had 2 years of terrible experience with their QX30 lease. I've voiced my concerns with several of their employees and keep I getting the run arou I've had 2 years of terrible experience with their QX30 lease. I've voiced my concerns with several of their employees and keep I getting the run around with no amicable resolution. After they've made the sales transaction they seem to care less about any inconveniences they may have caused. They refuse to repurchase their faulty vehicle. I can go on for pages with examples of their awful service, the main one being having dropped my car there while on vacation, upon my return they had not ordered the part for the repair. A month and a half later without my vehicle for electrical repairs and still making payments on it is the current situation due to the part being on "back-order". Please do not ever purchase/lease from here; it will be a complete waste of your time and money. I had a better experience at Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield. More

Recalled airbag In fall of 2018, I came in for airbag replacement. Used a vacation day. I waited a couple hours to find out a special part was needed. Jan 2019 I re In fall of 2018, I came in for airbag replacement. Used a vacation day. I waited a couple hours to find out a special part was needed. Jan 2019 I received several post cards that the part was in. I called and made an appt to come in to replace airbag. Again took a vacation day to come in for airbag replacement in Feb. waited about an hour to find out the airbag in fact was not there. I was told post cards came from corporate so you aren’t responsible for that?? When I made the appt I said what it was for. Did anyone check to see if the part was there??? I love my QX4! She has been with us since she was made. Infiniti makes a great product but there is a disconnect in the service. More

Kelly Infinity Car went in for some minor repairs and a loaner car was waiting - easy dropoff and they called when car was ready!! They are great here at the end I added an inspection Sticker and new windshield wipers. they were nice enough to add these on and my car was still done quickly. More
