Tire blew out My wife's tire blew out on her Infiniti Q50, we had the extended warranty. Mounting snow tires Took 2 5 hours to mount and balance snow tires. That's a very longtime. .will probably go somewhere else next time. When this became over a day of time required for the service Ryan worked hard to provide me with a loaner vehicle on short notice which otherwise may have required a rental. My hat is off to Ryan and his team who express the professionalism of the Kelley Motor Group. More

I have had on numerous occasions found that an issue that I already paid for was added back to the list of issues I needed to address.
