Always because Frank Falco keeps me trusted that my car will be in great hands when being serviced. He has been upstanding/dedicated to resolving my issues with my Infiniti Q50 since day 1. He has also been very flexible with my schedule, due to my job, and he stays in constant contact with me. Worst Sale department I spoke to Susan on Friday the 19th, after agreeing on a sales price and schedule pickup date she requested to put the full down payment of the car on I spoke to Susan on Friday the 19th, after agreeing on a sales price and schedule pickup date she requested to put the full down payment of the car on my credit card which i did not have a problem with. She introduced me to Sean on the same day stating he would finish the transaction, around 4 p.m. that afternoon I spoke with Sean and we confirm a Sunday delivery what did not seem to be a problem. I explain to Shawn but I was coming from New Jersey so I would be booking a train ticket what he confirm to me this would not be a problem and everything was set for Sunday. On Saturday afternoon Adam call and pretend like he did not know about Sunday delivery and told me he had to submit my file to Infiniti compliance Department. I informed him that I booked my train ticket already and if there was a problem I would not be able to make it into please cancel the contract. This dealership is nothing but a headache and not worth going to as they only bait-and-switch customers. I'm not sure about their dealer rating but it is definitely off and I would read the negative reviews as they seem more relevant to what they currently do. Worst dealership please stay away from this place. More

Poor service experience My infinity G37 “service engine soon” light went on and I called to set up appointment to check it. Dropped car at the reserved 8 am time and was told My infinity G37 “service engine soon” light went on and I called to set up appointment to check it. Dropped car at the reserved 8 am time and was told I could wait an hour to find out what problem was or take a loaner and they would call me. Took loaner but did not hear from them- called several times and was told they’d call me back but no response. At 4:30 I called again and and was told they hadn’t run diagnostics yet! Then got call back in 5 minutes saying they ran the diagnostics and a computer program needed to be reset- asked how much- told my 125 minimum charge would cover it (125 to reset a computer?!) also said I needed about 500 $ of maintainence which I agreed to. Called me about 1o:30 the next day to say it was ready and they were sorry- would take 10% off my charges. When I told them I had a coupon for 10% off they told me it wasn’t valid because they already took 10% off! Thanks for nothing. Poor service, over priced, opaque charges, not even sure there was anything wrong with car. I previously had good sales and service experiences with this dealership. Hopefully this was just related to the service rep I ended up with. More
