Tire Issue I popped my tire on Sunday night and luckily have run flat tires. I drove my car to the Kelly dealership on Monday morning at 930. I worked with Matt I popped my tire on Sunday night and luckily have run flat tires. I drove my car to the Kelly dealership on Monday morning at 930. I worked with Matt and he assured me I would be taken care of. Luckily I had purchased tire and wheel protection with my lease so all I had to do was provide the paperwork. They worked with the third party and dealt with the paperwork. An hour later my car was ready. They replaced the tire and also washed my car, vacuumed, and topped off my windshield wiper fluid (which had been empty for weeks) even though I didn't ask them to. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and will likely bring my car there for service going forward. More
