Oil and filter change I went in for an oil and filter change and at first the kid who I spoke to told me no that I couldn't get one because it was too late. Id review him ( I went in for an oil and filter change and at first the kid who I spoke to told me no that I couldn't get one because it was too late. Id review him (negatively) but I don't know his name. As I was about to leave Matt walked over friendly as could be and said and I quote "you drove all the way down here I'm not going to let you leave without what you need" he made one phone call, took care of it, and got me what I needed. I'd rate 10/5 if it were possible. More

He changed my view of what a car sales rep is like. I've always dreaded shopping for cars, but this experience was very pleasant and super fast. The other thing I feel is important to mention is that Peterson was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the car. We went from an older car to one that has a bunch of new features. He was so patient in explaining how everything worked. Great overall service, outstanding experience. More

The rest of the staff at the dealership were great and very personable. I am still in the process of weighing my options and just wanted to relay the great experience I had at Kelly Infiniti.
