Thank you. "Ms. Tersolo, we are very sorry that you were unhappy with the vehicle. It sounds like some of your issues fall below how we would usually sell a pre owned vehicle at Kelly Infiniti. I do know that David Coogan has been working with you to take care of some of these issues. I understand that the paint work done for the second time was not meeting your standard and Mr. Coogan tried to reach out to you so we could have it done again and hopefully meet or exceed your expectations. I do also know that the other items you had mentioned David had agreed that he would take care of those items at no charge. He has recently left messages for you and not received a return phone call. Based on your comments, we are understanding how feel about working with us, but we would like to make this right and let it be at our expense.
