Easy and worthwhile trip from NH Always hated the drive from seacoast NH to Nashua Infiniti so when it was time to turn in my sons 2013 G-37 lease and replace with same CPO G-37 I s Always hated the drive from seacoast NH to Nashua Infiniti so when it was time to turn in my sons 2013 G-37 lease and replace with same CPO G-37 I suggested we try Kelly. While the drive is 10 miles longer it is so much easier cruising down I-95 with Infinity BOSE cranked up. Very impressed by the first class facility, staff and great selection of G-37s. Negotiated a win win price with Andy on CPO 2013. We saved more than 2K $$ from the AS IS end of lease purchase price for the same car with NAV ,certified and 2 yrs of free oil changes. Been back twice since purchase for service. Best service I have experienced. More

Fair honest and friendly I showed up to Kelly Infiniti with limited knowledge about the brand, other then I liked the way they looked. Oil change I came in for an oil change. I know the multi point inspection goes along with it, which is really great. I am concerned with a bulb purchase I had to I came in for an oil change. I know the multi point inspection goes along with it, which is really great. I am concerned with a bulb purchase I had to make. The indicator on my instrument panel however was not illuminated. I found that peculiar. Especially when it's not a $30 part, it's a $300 part. I hope it wasn't just a loose connection because of a pothole. That was a huge unexpected expense. More

In & Out in 2Hrs I came in for an oil and filter change. Adam Figueroa stopped in the waiting room to tell me that my rear brakes were worn, and I needed new pads,plu I came in for an oil and filter change. Above and beyond I always bring my car to Infiniti for any services due to the high level of customer service I always receive in the service department. The service Manager is awesome and always takes great care of me and keeps me updated while my car is there for service. I was in a pickle this week with my car and Dave took excellent care of me and really went above to help me when i needed it. And if he is unavailable for any reason anyone such as Nick always make sure I am helped and happy when I come to pick up my car. Just wanted to say thanx to all in the service department! Jose the sales manager is awesome anytime he sees that I am there for service always comes and checks in says hi and to see if there's anything else he can do to help! More
