Sevice Department is Exceptional I have owned multiple infiniti automobiles for many years, it's my go to car, I love them. I also love Kelly Infiniti in Danvers. I am always on top of my oil changes and I am there every 3500 miles, I am in and out in an hour to an hour and a half, I do not have to schedule an appt I simply pull in and they take care of the rest. There service department is really exceptional, if you need something larger or more complicated done on your car that is easy too, you schedule the appt and ask for a loaner care, easy as that. They have one waiting for you on arrival, I have used their loaner cars for more than a few days due to a part needing to be shipped, it's never a problem. They know their stuff and I never ever let anyone touch my car other than Kelly Infiniti's service department. More

Prompt Service I was told my oil change would take an hour. It was closer to 30 minutes. I had taken out work to do while I waited. When Adam came to let me know tha I was told my oil change would take an hour. It was closer to 30 minutes. I had taken out work to do while I waited. When Adam came to let me know that my car was finished, he saw I was in the middle of doing work and told me where my car could be found and that I did not have to rush and could stay as long as I needed to. I have also used the quiet room to get work done as well. The free wifi is also a great addition to the wait time. More

Fast, convenient & reasonably priced I have been servicing my Infiniti at Kelly since I bought it there in 2013. As I work but don't live near the dealer, I always schedule service to inc I have been servicing my Infiniti at Kelly since I bought it there in 2013. As I work but don't live near the dealer, I always schedule service to include a loaner vehicle so I can get back and fourth to work while my car is serviced. In my most recent service appointment (60k service), I was promised the car done at 4 if dropped off at 12, and that is exactly what happened, even with unplanned front brake job included. After having various cars serviced at other mechanic shops and service centers, I am pleasantly surprised that the service at Kelly Infiniti is reasonably priced with premium treatement. More
