Driving the TLX for 2 days already knew this wasn't the car for me and living in New England I needed to switch for a more reliable car that would be able to handle storms like the 2014's winter season. Spoke with Dave Strazzere upon my arrival @ Kelly's and he made it possible for me to switch from a premature lease over to a wrangler. I am a happy camper needless to say. Would recommend Dave, he listens to your requests and works with you to try and make it possible. If you're in doubt, take my word for it and go to Kelly's. Smooth experience Took my 2015 Cherokee in for its first check-up and to take care of a few recalls. They did everything in exactly the time estimated. First oil change is free at this dealership (that never hurts). They only recommended a tire rotation as additional work, which makes a ton of sense as winter is approaching and it is very affordable to begin with. As you’d expect, the waiting area comes with coffee and WiFi to kill time/get some work done. While I don't think anybody’s idea of fun is to take your car in for repairs, this is as good as you need it to be :-) More

At no time did I ever feel pressured by any of the sales staff to complete the deal.
