Went to Kelly Jeep for assistance with an unfortunate warranty part repair. Overall good experience got my car fixed right the first time the Service advisor was great the mechanic was awesome. However the appointment coordinator not so much. I booked an appointment two weeks prio time the Service advisor was great the mechanic was awesome. However the appointment coordinator not so much. I booked an appointment two weeks prior and he somehow didn’t put it on the schedule. So when I got there they told me I had no appointment. So I was forced to make another one and wait another two weeks. More

I made an appointment and met with Stephen Sullivan. Stephen was very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience easy. I was given a fair price on my trade. The finance department was great as well. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left with my new vehicle, roughly 2 1/2 hours, my experience was great. I went to another dealership and was not able to get a deal that worked for me. I decided to continue my search online on found a Jeep I liked at Kelly Jeep.
