I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically sales consultant Yamen and general sales manager Ilya Berman. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car at a price I could afford. There are no sales gimmicks, no deadlines, just great customer service. Yamen took the time to go through every option on the Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I could not be happier with my new car and the level of care he took in helping me. When it comes time for my next car, I will absolutely be calling Yamen first. More

Fast and smooth. I will never go any where but kelly Artis Purdue was my service dealer. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had gone to Grava in Medford because that’s where I live. Artis Purdue was my service dealer. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had gone to Grava in Medford because that’s where I live. The person I dealt with made me feel like I was bothering him. Although my car was under warranty, he would have to see what the problem was first so bring my car back in 3 weeks and it may or not be covered And it would be in the shop for at least a week. My husband called Kelly and spoke to Artis. He saw that we have an extensned warranty and told us to bring it in that next week. After dropping it off, artis filled out the paperwork and told us he would call in a few hours. He did, and the car was covered under the original warranty. He called us the next around 11:30 am to have us come and get our car. It runs amazing again!!! I could not have been more happy and I Kelly is now my new dealer ship!!! More

The first Jeep he sold me was with my husband. My husband new exactly what he wanted for me and Scott made it happen and that wasn’t easy. The second Jeep I just leased from Scott was the first time I purchase a vehicle on my own and I was very nervous.
