After all paperwork had been signed off, and I was returning next day for vehicle pick-up, the call me (while I'm driving there) to tell me they need additional paperwork to prove my trade in was insured a d was a previous lease. This is necessary, apparently, for one of the promotions (already applied) to be valid. When I got there, I told them I will work on getting them what they need even though they really should have done this before I signed off on the car. Manager told me that I had 2 options.. 1) do not go home with Jeep until paperwork was sent in or 2) give them cash equal to the promotion and get it back once paperwork was filed. I made it very clear that neither of those were happening. I was leaving with the keep that day and they can hope I send in the paperwork to validate their promotion OR THEY can void my sale. They allowed me to leave and I promptly submitted everything within a few days. although it all worked out in the end, I wasn't impressed that they didn't know the order in which paperwork gets filed, and I also didn't like the pressure put on me to cover their mistakes. More

There is a chronic leak somewhere in the vehicle, and despite the service department's efforts, I'm still getting water coming in. But the service department has been very attentive and has made serious attempts to fix the problem. This was my second visit for the same reason. Bruce has been very responsive and communicative. He always kept me informed and got me a loaner car. More
