It's refreshing to be treated with respect and to not have assumptions made about my driving experience (I learned to drive in a very rural area, which included quite the mud season). Moreover, Pablo was upfront about the financing options and there was no pressure to purchase on that day. I had scheduled the test drive with no intent of purchasing for 3-6 months. This lack of pressure is an experience I have had at other dealerships, but not with Pablo and not at Kelly Jeep. Kudos to Erin, who was a pleasure to speak to and arrange my appointment. Robert Page was patient and knowledgeable when handling the financing and likely an unsung hero of may of your customers. Had a recall taken care of and also Warenty work Brought jeep in for a recall and oil change. Also had a noise under car.
