Great Experience! I went to Kelly Jeep looking at the new Grand Cherokee and wasn't sure on leasing or financing. After Nick explained the pros and cons of both I reali I went to Kelly Jeep looking at the new Grand Cherokee and wasn't sure on leasing or financing. After Nick explained the pros and cons of both I realized leasing was the best option for my family and I. I leased the new Grand Cherokee and Nick spent 45 minutes going over all my options, I did not feel rushed and felt he made me a real priority. When I came to pick up my new car he made sure the process was simple and smooth. I will definitely come back to see Nick when my lease is up. More

Service Service was very speedy for my oil change. My tires are inflated as my indicator in the jeep said they were low. They were over inflated to 39 PS Service was very speedy for my oil change. My tires are inflated as my indicator in the jeep said they were low. They were over inflated to 39 PSI so the indicator warning remained on the dashboard. I called back to see if there was a reset and the wait time was more than 10 minutes for a tech to come to the phone and answer my question. In the long run, I needed to hang up since the tech that came to the phone did not have an answer on how to reset. Also when I asked about the coupons that were mailed to me for the oil change I was told they were not applicable to my jeep since I needed synthetic oil. So my question is why does the jeep dealership not give coupons for oil change that are applicable to the jeep? More

Awesome Experience! I wasn't 100% sure I wanted a jeep. The day I went to test drive it at Kelly I actually had another appointment at a different dealership a few hours I wasn't 100% sure I wanted a jeep. The day I went to test drive it at Kelly I actually had another appointment at a different dealership a few hours later for a totally different car. After going into Kelly and meeting Nick and test driving the jeep I knew I was sticking with them. Without any pressure, Nick listened to what my husband and I wanted.
