What it should be... Pulled up for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. Was greeted and was told it should take about 30 mins. 30 mins later I was driving Pulled up for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. poor customer service I have been to your service center several times and find that your front end people that service your customer lack the knowledge of what should or s I have been to your service center several times and find that your front end people that service your customer lack the knowledge of what should or should not be serviced when your car is at the service center. On 10/17/2015 I brought my car in for a fast Oil Change and I was there for 1 hour and forty five minutes. This was my 4th oil change and with 21,400 miles it was brought to my attention that I should consider having my tires rotated. When I asked the person in charge why was i not notified that the tries should of been rotated every 6,000 miles he had no answer. I also find that the women that are answering your phones and collecting the fees on the invoices to be very unfriendly and unprofessional. When I ask questions in regard to the invoice it is always one word answers and I find them not to be polite and they have made me feel like they are doing me a favor to do business with Kelly Jeep. Great Service, Follow through on promises! I had a great time dealing with the sales staff and the financial management. Everyone was friendly and made sure to follow through on things I asked I had a great time dealing with the sales staff and the financial management. Everyone was friendly and made sure to follow through on things I asked of them. The brakes on the used car I purchased were worn so I asked them to look into them for me. They replaced each brake and rotor for the car free of charge because it was a certified preowned. Shows to me that they stand by they certifications they place on their vehicles. More
