This website informed me that I would be receiving a response from at Kelly shortly and I did. I explained to Erin that I was interested in the Jeep Compass but had some credit issues. She said come in and Lucas he will help you out. As soon as I got in the door Nickolas Amoroso was their to greet me with a friendly smile and asked to help me. I told him Erin said I was to ask for Lucas. Lucas came over with a huge smile as well and said Nick was the person who could definitely help me. HE DID AND MORE. We looked at the Compass and got inside. He said it was a 2 wheel drive. I was disappointed but I only want a four wheel drive. He found me a Ford Escape, with low mileage, 4 wheel drive. & within my price range. We test drove it and I feel in love with the car. Nick made me feel very comfortable, didn't ask questions regarding credit or anything he let Tom MacDonald & Lucas work their magic. Tom preformed a miracle for me. With my credit situation he was still able to get me 72 month financing, gap insurance and tire/replacement warranty. Next thing I knew I bought myself a new car. I have NEVER been in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes like I was at Kelly and I now realize what Jeep service should really be like and I have now found my new Jeep service center. I have purchased a vehicle from Kelly Honda 2 1/2 years ago and it was a good experience as well. I would highly recommend the Kelly Jeep service department to all of my Jeep and Chrysler owning friends and family. Great job and keep up the great work. More

Problem solved I had an ongoing issue with my drivers side front tire since about 6500 miles. I purchased my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 new and continued to have no luck wi I had an ongoing issue with my drivers side front tire since about 6500 miles. I purchased my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 new and continued to have no luck with my original dealer solving the problem, until I went to Kelly Chrysler in Saugus Massachusetts. The service manager and all his staff treated me with respect and took my situation seriously. My truck now has 19975 & finally feels like a new vehicle again! Thanks for helping out! More
