Oil change and tire rotation Brought in my wrangler for first oil change and tire rotation, came out with one broken wheel stud and addition bent one. Service rep he ordered me a new one check back in in a couple days. Paid the tire rotation proceeded to leave, I checked myself with fingers the lug nuts, and one of the nuts rolled right off as if it weren't tightened at all. I came back after calling ahead to make sure the pet was in and if they could take my jeep in. Showed up took my her then a little later told me that they could not help me unless I made an appointment. Nothing available until the 28th Oct, today's the 12th. After I told him that I already planned a road trip home, he told me it was fine and don't worry about it. Then I described the second stud that's stripped and told me when don't drive it then. I asked if I could get a replacement vehicle while it's being fixed he told me again it will be fine, even though I paid for the extended warranty that allows replacement vehicles if mine needs repairs. Called the jeep website told them the issue 20 mins after he sent me packing and they said they were advised that the manager or anyone else were not at work today. More
