Downsizing I came to your dealership back in March with my current situation of having to downsize. I worked with Efrain and he was extremely friendly and sympat I came to your dealership back in March with my current situation of having to downsize. I worked with Efrain and he was extremely friendly and sympathetic to the nature of what I was going through. He was able to show me some smaller SUVs and was professional throughout my experience. I did not purchase, but came back last week to continue to look and again worked with Efrain. In the end I settled with a 2005 Nissan Altima. Although it was out of my price range, again he understood my financial situation and was able to graciously work with me. I took home my Altima last week and will be returning at the end of the month to continue my business with trading in my 2011 Traverse to your dealership. I emailed in and was answered immediately by the wonderfully polite and helpful Christina, who helped me set up a time to check out the Jeep. I arrived and was greeted as if I were family by Ken. He had the vehicle ready and set everything up with my trade in and we went on a test drive. He was positive he could make it work financially for me and long story short he made it happen! I can't tell you how easy it was. I have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. All involved were pleasant to work with and Ken in particular was great! More
