Bad customer service. I bought a 2014 car here a month ago for my son as a Xmas present. While the sales guy was very nice, (the manager was pretty rude), once I bought the I bought a 2014 car here a month ago for my son as a Xmas present. While the sales guy was very nice, (the manager was pretty rude), once I bought the car which they owed me a new tire and a second key, they didn't care about helping me out anymore. It took 3 weeks from the date of purchase to get anything done. I had to call several times and finally go back to get insist I get what they owed me, which should have only taken no more than 3 days! Once that was done and I thought it was all taken care of they sent me the title work on the car (finally) that was incomplete so I couldn't register my car for plates at the bmv, again, calling the title clerk and going back again to get them to do something about it was a pain. So now, paperwork still not complete, the temporary plate they gave me is expired because this is taking so long and I can't drive the car...so no I would never buy a car here again. More
