Convenient, Reasonable Service Drove into the service center, with no appointment, for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and inspection sticker. Order was written up quickly. While waiting I went into the showroom to take a look at the 2016 Nissan Altima and met with salesman John Mira who showed me one that was on the lot. It wasn't the model I wanted but John agreed to locate the model I was looking for and notify me when it comes in so I can take it for a test drive. When I returned to the waiting room my service advisor (can't remember his name) told me that the tech. advised him that my tires were starting to wear unevenly and that he was recommending a 4 wheel alignment. Both the advisor and tech. took me into the garage area to see the tire wear at which time I agreed to the alignment which was completed in approx. 40 minutes. Efficient, no pressure sales and service. I got a lot accomplished in my time there and the service work was both efficiently done at a reasonable price. Kelly knows how to treat its customers. More
