I met with Vinny Varacalli who walked over and introduced himself. He was about as honest and professional as you can get. We traded in a vehicle and purchased a used vehicle. He was humble to our financial situation and up front from start to finish. At first a thought something must be wrong? As he walked away i watched his employees smile and chat with him. That's when I realized this guy has a big heart and absolutely loves what he does for work. Qualities like this are hard to come by especially in the car business where everyone is about the money not the customer. It was my second time returning here after showing interest in getting a "new" car, but wasn't quite sure the time was right for my purchase, initially. I called the dealer I had dealt first time around to tell him what exactly what I wanted ahead of time. He had the perfect vehicle pulled for me to look at. It was exactly what I wanted! There was a bit of going back and forth to get my payments exactly where I needed them to be, but they ultimately made it happen, and without making me feel anything other than absolutely efficient and enjoyable. They do it right - period!! My wife and I found the exact used vehicle on line at the dealership. It had all the right equipment, right mileage, right color, right asking price My wife and I found the exact used vehicle on line at the dealership. It had all the right equipment, right mileage, right color, right asking price etc. and it is not easy to find a used vehicle that meets all our criteria - we are very fussy. We drove about an hour (from Rhode Island) to see this vehicle. We went in and met with our salesman, Abe. We told him the vehicle we wanted to drive and he had it up front within minutes. After the test drive we knew this was the truck we wanted. We went in to talk numbers on the truck and on our trade. A floor sales manager came over just to meet and talk with us - his name is Shrey. No hassle at all as we told them what we need to get the deal done and a few minutes later we were shaking hands. Jason was the general sales manager who was great and helped pull this together. We went into Finance and met with Ray to get the paperwork for the registry etc. Our trade was a lease so we were unable to transfer plates and need to get temporary plates from RI. A few days later we were driving away in our new truck?. No hassles and no pressure, just friendly people throughout the buying experience. Shrey was awesome as he was with us every step of the way. I was very lucky as I had the pleasure of talking to the owner and what a GREAT GUY Brian Kelly is!!! We had a nice conversation, then he thanked me for coming to Kelly to buy our Truck.
