We were greeted by such a nice person who directed us to Tim O’Leary , who became our sales rep. Tim was so knowledgeable of the vehicle in question ( all questions we asked he was right there with the answers ) he took the time in telling us all about the car, we never felt rushed, we actually felt like we were the only ones in the showroom , after we picked the car it came down to numbers , that’s where Vinnie comes in he did a great job explaining the leasing policies and wanted to make this deal happen and to make us happy ( he was successful) , now on to signing some papers and finishing the lease with Carl finance manager and just a real nice guy , he took the time to explain everything to us might have taken awhile for us to understand everything but that didn’t seem to bother him at all ! He wanted us to be happy and with a little doing we definitely were ... thank you alll so much More

He addressed all my questions and was attentive to my needs and wishes. Robert Dolins made the negotiations easy and expedited my decision to commit. Ray Ferguson was great and explained all the papers I signed. Great team effort by all, everyone took care of me and made the decision extremely easy! The best part, though, was the friendly, no nonsense, above board service provided by Corey Ragusa. We didn’t feel like we were being “sold”, as is the case with some dealerships. Corey listened to what we wanted and produced, price and all. We didn’t have to spend an entire day sitting in the dealership! When we came back to pick up the car, everything was ready for us and Ryan Furbush took us through the electronics quickly and easily. Financing by Carl Tagliamonte was hassle free and friendly as well. That’s the way we like to buy our cars! More
