I’m the owner of a Nissan Xterra that I purchased at Kelly Nissan back in 2004. I’ve been a loyal customer always taking my car back for general maintenance/ timing belt replacement, paying a premium fo Kelly Nissan back in 2004. I’ve been a loyal customer always taking my car back for general maintenance/ timing belt replacement, paying a premium for services, spending well over $2,000 over the years for work I could have paid less for because I have always believed in getting top notch service for my car not matter how old the vehicle. I have all the receipts to prove it. During the last visit for a major issue- overheating. Kelly’s maintenance department fell flat on their faces. After a 2 hour wait they tell me to go home and that all I had to do was maintain my radiator fluid level (this is even spelled out on the service receipt!!). As I drove off the lot the car overheated again within a mile from the dealership! I promptly returned and the story suddenly changes. They would not work with me, and the service manager was condescending and tried to convince me that a minor gasket leak was the cause of the problem. Clearly they were trying to steer me toward the more expensive repair!! Needless to say it was misdiagnosed at Kelly Nissan and fixed it at what I imagine would be a fraction of the price Kelly Nissan would charge! More
We had a very good experience dealing with Leo. We had many visits to other sales departments and this one topped them all. Leo was very laid back and did not try any of the bs tactics that are used by o many visits to other sales departments and this one topped them all. Leo was very laid back and did not try any of the bs tactics that are used by overly aggressive sales people. None of the "trap" questions designed to make you feel inferior. no "games". Down to earth, reasonable, not pushy, easy to get a hold of on phone. Really liked the way Leo does his work. Overall great experience everybody at the dealership seemed friendly Thank you Kelly Nissan for having someone like Leo on your staff. More
Love my new Sentra SL... my salesman Gary Graff was very patient and helpful with the new techmology. He has even keeps in touch a couple of times a year with Nissan News. I now have my car 2 weeks and averaging over 35 miles per gallon. Mix of rte 22 and secondary roads. I am looking forwaqrd to taking it on the road soon. This was my 2nd purchase from Kelly Nisaan but not my first Nissan. All were reliable and I have never had a problem with any... my only complaint is that they keep getting larger. My first 2 were Maximas, then and Altima, now my Sentra and I am very impressed with the luxury in the new SL. I am in real estate so lewg room in the rear seats is importand.. greaqt leg room! More

As car shopping experiences go (I personally rate them just slightly under a root canal), this was a very pleasant experience. Recently bought a new Altima. Rich was a wonderful help to us. Other dealerships gave us a hard sell, but Kelly and Rich were very in tune to our needs. We went in for an oil change on our '07 XTerra and left with and left with a new XTerra!!! Well, actually we left after oil change and offer from Bill Pallo to buy back the '07 and trade up to the 2012. with and left with a new XTerra!!! Well, actually we left after oil change and offer from Bill Pallo to buy back the '07 and trade up to the 2012. He made us an offer we couldn't refuse (in the nicest way!!!) and we decided to turn around after we drove a couple of miles away and kept saying we should go back and see what he is really talking about. We did, and he went the extra mile in every way from purchasing back the '07 to giving us the best possible deal to that would work for us as far as payments and everything else. We appreciate everyone at Kelly that we have been dealing with for the past few years - from service dept - to the sales - to the guys who did the detailing on the new X before we drove off the lot. Will never go to another Nissan dealer as long as Kelly is there for us. If you deal with Bill Pallo, John Lim, and John Arena, we can tell you that you will not be sorry....you will be well taken care of and pleasantly surprised by their down-to-earth approach, sense of humor and yet their professional manner of dealing with you.
