"Honest and customer oriented"

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Larry and the rest of Service Staff at Kelly. Servicing there for last 10 years with no problems. Also have had interaction with Parts Dept and Service Manager....they too have been courteous and professional.

"Quick and Knowledgeable Service Center"

As usual, the Nissan service team was thorough in selecting the necessary service needs of my vehicle. The maintenance was performed in a very professional manner. I have been a customer of Nissan on Route 33 for nearly 6 years and have always been true to the car service needs.

"Oil change - check on warning lights that continue to come o"

The service rep was quite polite and responsive. My car was taken in for service as soon as I arrived. The oil change / tire rotation took the normal amount of time, My concern is not with the dealership nor with the staff. I do have a concern about the warning lights coming on for no apparent reason.

I use Kelly Nissan for the state inspection of all my vehicles. It is always a fast, pleasant, and convenient experience. The state inspection is FREE, and emissions is reasonably priced compared to other facilities. Everyone there is friendly, and makes the visit a pleasure. I would recommend bringing your vehicle there for any service or repair!

"Welcoming and helpful environment "

The service from the people working there was wonderful and helpful to cater the needs of my parents and myself. One employee in particular Zack was knowledgable in the vehicle I was interested in and was there every step of the way to make sure the purchase was smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend him and the business itself to anyone interested in looking for a vehicle and doing business in obtaining a fine automobile from this place. "Quick fix"

Had a rattling sound each time I started my car. Made an appointment to drop it off and have service take a look. In and out in around an hour. Had Rewards built up from previous visits. Loose heat shield was the culprit. Walked out with problem fixed and no money out of my pocket. Very pleased!
