I have to say, this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I was having trouble finding my elderly father a new car. Thirty six hours later I was back with my dad signing the paperwork and driving away with his new car. My dad can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was with him and how well the details were explained. He's hard of hearing but these guys knew exactly how to communicate with him properly so that he understood. I am completely sold on Kelly Nissan and will certainly return without hesitation. He explained to me how the finance guys run the process and when I told him the monthly payment I was looking for he got with the finance manager and passed that on to him so we could cut out a lot of time. I didn't even have to talk to the finance manager although he did say hi and was personable also. More

I have been shopping around for a new nissan juke for a few weeks now. I really liked the car when it came out. I tried to make a deal at a couple of other dealers but we just could not make an agreement few weeks now. I really liked the car when it came out.
