Same as any shifty dealer. They're happy to take your money when you buy a car. When you need service they will rip you off with gotcha pricing. I took my wife's 2011 Versa there for it's 15K service whi money when you buy a car. When you need service they will rip you off with gotcha pricing. I took my wife's 2011 Versa there for it's 15K service which was supposed to be $191. I also needed an error code reset for the airbag system. My bill was over $300!!! I inspected the invoice and found that they charged $95 to reset the error code! Not bad for 10 minutes work. I know that's how long it took because I watched the service tech hook up the machine and stare at it for 5 minutes. That comes to $380/hr! I don't think I'll be going back for ANY service unless I can absolutely sure it's covered under warranty. I have every intention to make sure that the next $300 worth of service I need will be coming from some other place. More
