Kelly Nissan of Route 33

I was looking for a new car. I visited Kelly Nissan and Young's Mazda. I went back to Kelly Nissan and dealt with Jim Windish as I did the first time I stopped in. I never felt pressured. He took his time and went over all aspects of helping me choose my car. I was very impressed with the Nissan Rogue and am now a very happy owner of this car. Jim helped me very patiently get the car and price I wanted. My past 4 cars have been the Honda Accord. I have always had great luck with this, but it was time for a change. Jim was fantastic with all my questions and concerns. I would definately refer him and this dealership to my friends and family. My youngest will be turning 16 in July. I hope Jim is still there to help me find the right car for her also. Every one there was very nice, even John Arena who was patient with the financing end of this sale. Thank you to you all. Our family had just been in a bad accident two weeks ago and returned to Kelly Nissan after great service that we had from Jerry one and a half years ago. Sean helped us and did a fantastic job! The salesman i had was Mr Malz. I could have ask for a better salesman to deal with for buying a used car from. Mr. Malz is a friendly and straightfoward man. The Salesperson was Nick Paxos. He was professional and candid with the whole process. Nick showed us a list of cars within our budget, then he we went around the lot (in the biting cold) and he showed us candid with the whole process. Everything was straight forward, no hidden intent lurking about him. In whole, the experience was pleasant, and very fast. We ended up leasing a 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5S. Great job Nick! More

If i could have put a 10 i would, they deserve a higher number then a 5! My husband and i were not looking forward to going to a dealership...since our past experiences have been nothing but stressful, unc number then a 5! Jerry,the salesman was nothing but friendly, professional, curtious, and could not do enough for us so that we could have a peace of mind-with no stress attached.Gary, the manager was also very kind and very helpful.
