My experience at Kelly Nissan is always a good one. They are always friendly, courteous and very helpful. Quality of work was only good because the Voice Command was broken, AND I NEVER EVEN DROVE IT OFF THE LOT. I paid for a brand new Rogue with NOTHING WRONG... I ended up having NO pairing ability for a week was broken, AND I NEVER EVEN DROVE IT OFF THE LOT. I paid for a brand new Rogue with NOTHING WRONG... I ended up having NO pairing ability for a week, MY FIRST WEEK AFTER PURCHASE. I'M SORRY BUT THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. It is a NISSAN issue NOT a Kelly Nissan. Either way, I was EXTREMELY disappointed I bought a BRAND NEW ROGUE that was not working properly!!!! I felt like the biggest idiot! More

I went there , among a total of three dealers, looking for a Nissan Versa. As soon as I got there they were very friendly. They weren't pushy or high pressure. I rated the dealership as i did because the whole experience was very stress-free. Nick took the time to explain the car's features, showed me the CarFax, talked about pricing and how Kelly does th experience was very stress-free. He originally asked me about a 2009 Maxima but when I said I was really interested in the 2008 he was fine with it. The pricing was good - the only reason I didn't say "5" was because I still had to go a bit above my "perfect" price - though the price was still very good and within the pricing research I had done. There was really no pressure around the sale - Nick showed me all the numbers and didn't do the old "I have to go back and check with my manager" a hundred times before we had a deal. He presented me the deal and I was under no pressure to "take it". I love the 3-day return policy - though I can't see doing that as I love my car! More

Several weeks ago my husband and I decided we needed a new truck. We’ve always had Chevy products & we felt we were ready for a change. At the time neither of us knew anything about a Nissan. We drove to several dealerships & were pretty much ignored. At Kelly we were greeted by Charles Nowak. He was extremely helpful, not a “high pressure” salesman and seemed like a genuinely “nice man”. He was knowable, but if he didn’t know something he said so and proceeded to find the answer. I like the looks of the Frontier & my husband was pleased with its features. After looking at some other models at other dealerships, we decided the Frontier was for us. They met our requirements for a deal and it was taken care of quite painlessly. Mr. Lim in the finance department was very helpful. If this Frontier performs as we hope / think it will, we will certainly recommend Kelly to everyone we know. Kelly is fortunate to have such dedicated and caring employees. More
