I am a 62 year old woman. I purchased my first car at age 18 and I have bought ALOT of cars over the years. Matt Betz (my salesman) was the best I have ever done business with. He worked with me for my special needs regarding the style of car I needed-(I needed a sedan with a large enough truck to accomidate a wheel chair)--then he showed me all in my price range--I am retired and on a fixed income. I had a wonderful experience working with Karen. She listened, was honest, and did what she could to get me in the vehicle I wanted (even though I changed my mind a few times - okay maybe more than a fe listened, was honest, and did what she could to get me in the vehicle I wanted (even though I changed my mind a few times - okay maybe more than a few) Did I mention she was patient and kind as well? In the end I drove home with a brand new Rogue which I LOVE. I don't miss my Murano one bit, but have to say, love the Murano vehicles, too. Quite honestly, I don't think the newer, beefed up Murano models would have fit in my garage. More
