My experience was great as they took care of me every step of the way. The only thing that was poor (through no fault of the dealership) was the processing of the paperwork as I was there for 4.5 hours. step of the way. One of the things we liked best about Karen was that she gave my wife and I some space to spend time alone with the Altima 3.5SR Coupe that friendly.
