The salesperson, Jason Miller, was a great person to work with. He was very friendly and down to earth, and there was no pressure put to buy the car that day. I knew I wanted a new car and had been doing my homework for awhile. I had my choices narrowed down to three different cars at three different car dealerships. My last visit that day was Kelly Nissan on Rt. 33. I really just wanted to drive each car that day and go home and think it over. John Lim had other ideas. John was so nice and friendly, as were all the people we encountered that day. Everyone, especially John, worked hard for that sale, and always with respect and dignity. John knew his product and if he didn't have an answer to one of my questions he knew where to get it. At every step of my decision John would patiently ask if I understood everything up to that point and always with respect. Even though I could have bought another car that I was looking at for a lesser price, it was the customer service that sealed the deal. It's a new car and I would be dealing with these people for years to come and feel confident that I made the best decision. Thanks Kelly Nissan, especially John Lim! More

I had a lot of problems, expired insurance, expired registration, and Scott worked with me, even on days off, to get me registered and driving home in a new car. The only part of the experience I would change is putting more control in the salesman's hands. He had to refer to someone else on every detail, from price and financing to registration. He was forced to walk to a different building several times to talk to someone else. But that's management's mistake, not the salesman's. More
Bob Hester is a very patient & persistent sales man. He made sure to explain every feature of the car to me & was attentive to my specific needs. He never pressured me into something I was unsure of & followed up with my car interests appropriately. On the contrary, the internet add for my car was extremely misleading (not Bob's fault)! If you advertise a car for $17,990 OR $239 for 72 months without any disclaimer or astrix by it, then that is a set price! The people in charge of that area need to be as clear as possible in those adds. It honestly felt like a "bait-and-switch" maneuver, which is illegal and extremely deceitful. If you wanted to pay $17,990 or have $239 for 72 months, then you HAD to finance with the dealership OR pay $4500 down! No where in the add said this AT ALL. In the end, I got the car at the stated price of $17,990 with my own financing, because they needed to honor what was specifically stated. I heard that the other people who did this special, were not able to get that low price and had to pay at least $500 extra (absolutely ridiculous). As well, thank you Ramy for handling the numbers for this car purchase. You helped us figure out the correct numbers and I really appreciate it! I will be back soon to buy a Warranty! -Amanda More

My wife & I received a promo through the mail and we went more or less to just look at the Altimas.I had in mind that I did not want to put any money down and my payments would not increase. I honestly didn't think that would be possible since I was driving a 2008 Ford Escape 4 wheel drive. Charlie came out and wasn't pushy like most salesmen and showed us what we were looking for. He understood exactly what I wanted as far as financing and worked within our budget.He answered every question,he was just great. John in financing was just as friendly as Charlie and worked us finacially as well. They really do make you feel that they honestly do care for your well being are willing to work with you. My next car will absolutely come from Kelly Nissan. More

I would never recommend going to this dealer to anybody. They will just screw you!!! They are either so unorganized, or they are liars, but I think it's a lot of both. It took them more than 3 months just to give me my registration and title for my car and they almost had to take the car away from me after I bought it!!!! NEVER will my friends, family, and I deal with the Kelly's again, we learned from our mistake and we don't want anybody else to get put in the same situation that we were in.
