We are sorry to learn about this. We did reach out to our service manager, Alan Teyssedou, who said he spoke with you. From what we understand, your work order was printed out and during that time, another customer came in and begin speaking with Alan. Due to this, there was a slight distraction on our part and your work order was accidently mixed up with other paperwork. While we understand that Alan did speak with you directly and apologize, we want to reach out and extend our apologies for the mix-up as well.

Alan did respond and I answered back telling him that my 65 mile round trip was for a complementary first oil change. Will consider his offer that he sent to me. Also consider a closer dealer in the future. Robert Wood
