Larry was great! Not pushy at all. I went in with a price i wanted ( i only care about price, no bells and whistles).I told Larry exactly what i wanted and i got what i wanted. My husband and I went to the dealer today w/our 12 y.o., and 5 y.o. daughters-Had a H3...Awesome truck,hot, still LOVE it... but 72,000 miles, w/4 years left on it, upside down, and a hog on gas. The dealership was EXTREMELY busy due to a promotional offer, but we were waited on fairly quickly.Very organized-registered as you came in, and given a beeper, so that you were waited on "in order". NO PUSHY SALES GUYS in the lot! Larry was AWESOME to deal with. He took his time, explained EVERYTHING. All #'s up front, on paper...No "behind the scenes" BS. Larry had the patience of a saint, as I debated between 3 vehicles,and our kids c/o being hungry. Stayed THREE HRS passed close for us, w/a smile on his face. Managers and finance guys were friendly as well...and very sweet to our kids. (8 pm on a sat night, and the manager was offering to blow up balloons for our liitle girl.) These guys are a class act...honest, patient, friendly! Filled the tank for us before we drove off in our new Rav4 Limited! Could NOT have been more accomadating. Even if they would not have made us a deal-I would still have given them 5 stars...they're professionalism was top notch! I LOATHE buying cars...but this dealer made it as painless as possible!! I highly recommend FREEDOM TOYOYA in Hamburg, Pa. My fiance and I recently went there just to price the new Rav 4, and were curious to see what we'd get for her 2003 Corolla. He took us for a test drive, went over the vehicle with us, then took us inside and asked what we thought. We gave him a price range we could afford for a monthly payment, and he gave 4 options to go with. Never once did he pressure us into buying the vehicle or any of the extra options. He was very patient with us and very professionel. We both felt very comfortable dealing with Blake. After deciding to purchase the vechicle, I was very impressed with the way Blake went through all the paper work, he was fast and knowledgeable about it.
