I visited Freedom Toyota with a very specific car in mind. I had done extensive research on the particular model I wanted, including color and specific package options as well. I also researched what the dealer invoice was for that particular car AND what my trade-in was worth. I never dealt with Freedom Toyota before, so I wanted to make sure I was a very educated customer before taking the hour-long drive to their location. I'm glad I did. I was pleasantly greeted by Greg Miller, the General Sales Manager, as I walked into the dealership. He introduced me to Raj Majumdar, a Sales Consultant. Greg assured me that Raj would handle my needs with care. From then on the process was straightforward. I told Raj exactly what I wanted, and despite the fact that I wanted a car with a hard-to-find color/option combination, he and Greg went way out of their way to locate the car I desired. I couldn't have asked for a better Sales Consultant. Raj was extremely friendly and polite, but most importantly, he treated me with respect. Throughout my entire experience he made me feel like a friend, not just a customer. I have visited other car dealers in the past where you are greeted by the usual stereotypical salesman who only knows how to say "so what can we do to get you into this car today!" This was definitely not the case at Freedom Toyota. Raj did an outstanding job with all aspects of the process. He was direct and honest during the negotiating phase of the sale. He presented all of the numbers to me clearly without any hidden fees of any kind and he offered me what I considered a fair price for my trade-in and purchase price for the new car. The most important thing that I must say about my experience is that at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. My recent purchase of a 2010 Yaris at Freedom Toyota was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Every aspect of the purchase was professional and friendly, including the purchase, financing and delivery. I would highly recommend Freedom Toyota, and more specifically, Raj Majumdar to my friends and family. More
