I wasn't ready, and he did not push me into anything. He told me to come back when I WAS ready. Doug goes above and beyond to make your car buying experience as stress free as humanly possible. The amount of time he took to work with me helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. I texted him frequently asking about different cars on the lot and he always replied in a timely manor, even when he wasn't working!! Most times I didn't even know he wasn't in the office, as he NEVER made my questions feel unwelcome or didn't respond. Most amazing car salesman EVER. This is my second purchase from Doug and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle. I love Freedom Toyota!! More
