My first service/inspection The service department got me an appointment on the same day I called for my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle. Once I was there they came The service department got me an appointment on the same day I called for my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle. Once I was there they came out and asked if I would like the inspection completed since it was soon due. I was unaware it was soon due and glad they asked so I didn’t have to come back in less than a month. Even with that extra service added on and the complimentary car wash the wait time was reasonable. The waiting area is very nice, clean and has snacks. The service staff was very nice to deal with and explained everything that was done to my vehicle. More

Unsatisfactory I brought my Toyota Prius to Freedom Toyota because it was not shifting into gear when it was started. The technician spoke to my wife and me like we I brought my Toyota Prius to Freedom Toyota because it was not shifting into gear when it was started. The technician spoke to my wife and me like we were senile (asking if we stepped on the brake to start the car.) We've been driving this car since 2011; we know how to start it. When my wife mentioned that she noticed some on-line comments concerning this exact problem, it was brushed off. Because the techs could not duplicate the problem, they sent us on our way. We have bought 2 new cars from your dealership in the past and recommended you to our friends. This will not happen again. More
