Unlike some other places there was no push towards their financing besides just asking if i was interested, Sam is a very friendly guy and I greatly enjoyed working with him! All around great! Service manager was very professional and personal and listened to my concerns. Sales MANAGER - Typical LIAR This wasnt my first vehicle purchased at Ganley Ford , but due to the Sales Managers LIES it is my LAST. This has nothing to do with the vehicle itse This wasnt my first vehicle purchased at Ganley Ford , but due to the Sales Managers LIES it is my LAST. This has nothing to do with the vehicle itself. I admit that when signing the papers I missed the deception. When making the deal I specifically stated I wanted the FORD extended warranty , and was told it would be part of the deal, only to later discover ( after reviewing papers at home days later) that I was sold a third party , sub-par , and shorter term contract - than I had agreed to when making the deal. These little details are things that keep or chase off customers. I will NOT be back for future purchases. More

Fantastic experience.. I went into the dealership "car shopping" with no idea what I actually wanted in a new car. But I had leased 3 other cars over the years from Ford an I went into the dealership "car shopping" with no idea what I actually wanted in a new car. But I had leased 3 other cars over the years from Ford and was quite satisfied. So Bredlen helped me and was patient while we "car shopped". I knew what I didn't want so that was a start to find my new car which ended up being a 2019 Ford Ecosport SE. And I LOVE IT! I feel special just driving it - thanks to all that was involved.
