Took my RV oh 14 Thor axis to the truck division spoke with Mark he did an inspection even though it only had 20,000 miles on it so the engine needed replaced took longer to get the engine and then it did with Mark he did an inspection even though it only had 20,000 miles on it so the engine needed replaced took longer to get the engine and then it did for Mark to have it put in did a fantastic job from what I’ve can see so far just had it back a few days hopefully take it out here within the next couple weeks really appreciate Mark keeping me informed on the process I just thought that Ford motor division should’ve done something with their workhorse V 10 with 20,000 miles needing replaced but that’s a different story very pleased with the service More
I called with a “squealing brake” issue on my 2016 F150 and was given a few time options for service. Fortunately one of the options was that same day around 1pm. I dropped my truck off and was pleasantly and was given a few time options for service. Fortunately one of the options was that same day around 1pm. I dropped my truck off and was pleasantly surprised that the issue was minor and a minimal cost. I had my truck back by the end of the day. I know every service call can’t be handled that quickly but I am truly grateful for the service I received. Thank you Scott for your part in helping me out. More

Ashley is amazing! My 2019 Ford 350 dually truck 3 yr basic warranty would expire July 20, 2022. It needs 2 front shocks and 3 tire rims replaced. Montrose Ford stated My 2019 Ford 350 dually truck 3 yr basic warranty would expire July 20, 2022. It needs 2 front shocks and 3 tire rims replaced. Montrose Ford stated that they do not have the machine to work on the tire rims so I ended going to Ganley Ford in Norton, Ohio after making some phone calls on July 15th, 2022. I told Ashley that my basic warranty would expire in 5 days, she said not to worry as long as she opens up a work order for my truck that day (July 15th), so she did. The front shocks and 3 tire rims were all done by July 19th! Unfortunately, the 2 rear tire rims were badly scratched from their machine during replacement so Ashley again stepped up. She had my truck picked up by 2 of their drivers from my driveway, have brand new tire rims replaced within a week and had my truck dropped off by the same 2 drivers without me going to their dealership. Truly amazing customer service from Ashley. She stated that she used to work in another dealership and she just started working for Ganley. She definitely should get great reviews for her excellent work performance. I also would like to thank the whole Ganley team for a job well done. I am definitely coming back if I needed service for my truck in the future. More
