Great maintenance! My Ford Edge was due for an oil change. I also noticed noise in the right front of the car. I made an appointment and asked for a loaner car since I w My Ford Edge was due for an oil change. I also noticed noise in the right front of the car. I made an appointment and asked for a loaner car since I work home care. They gave me a nice car, changed my oil, needed a front and rear alignment, rotated my tires. It was my uneven tire wear causing front end noise. Mark Kunklier explained all the repairs. He reassured me if I had any more problems to bring my car in. I've always had good service when bringing my cars in. I'm very satisfied! More

First Maintenance for My Vehicle - Great Experience I purchased my Raptor from another Ford dealership, but Ganley is the closest to my home and so I took it there for my first maintenance (oil change a I purchased my Raptor from another Ford dealership, but Ganley is the closest to my home and so I took it there for my first maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Waiting room was very comfortable with large leather seating, good coffee, large LCD TV, and strong wifi. I was able to relax and get quite a bit of work done on my laptop. Mark Kunklier was extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond by researching new tires for my truck and sitting down and explaining pros and cons of various tire options. I was planning to purchase tires soon from Conrads (1/2 mile from my house), but I will definitely purchase them from Ganley. Overall great experience! I typically drive luxury premium cars because of the first class service, but the European manufacturers have nothing on Ganley Ford! Highly recommend their service dept. More

Repeat Service Customer - Incredibly Friendly & Genuine Ganley Ford always makes things right and easy. They honor yoru loyalty dollars and continually find ways to make service appointments inexpensive. Ganley Ford always makes things right and easy. They honor yoru loyalty dollars and continually find ways to make service appointments inexpensive. We have purchased tires (installed) from Ganley Ford for less than Tire Rack with shipping. Sometimes it takes awhile for service if you are waiting --- I wish they offered loaners --- but the way they treat you as a service customer and their pricing and cooperation I cannot imagine is better anywhere else. Loyal service customer to Ganley Ford! More

Excellent Ford Dealer I purchased two new vehicles from ganley ford and was treated very well.Tim Smith and Denny Lebar along with Jeff Barstow are excellent to deal with. The service department is by far the best in the area.Bob Bowser and Rhonda along with the rest of the staff are excellent in taking care of your car.I have found everyone very professional and concerned about my satisfaction into taking care of my vehicle as well as myself. Oil Change / Tire Rotation This was my first time visiting their service department. The facility is the nicest and cleanest shop I've ever been in and they got me in fast. Th This was my first time visiting their service department. The facility is the nicest and cleanest shop I've ever been in and they got me in fast. They did a very thorough job and their prices are very reasonable. I was debating taking my car to an instant oil change place and now I'm glad I didn't. The service and thoroughness they gave at Ganley is better than what I've had at those instant oil places, and they only put Motorcraft in your Ford (recommended by Ford). I would recommend them to others and will definitely be back! More
