Tom Ganley and I are already friends for many years and I met Tom Yeraci throught Tom Ganley. When I met Tom at the dealership, he introduced me Mike Hamilton who handled my purchase with great knowledge of met Tom Yeraci throught Tom Ganley. Nathan came over to assist me immediately upon my arrival and was not pushy. He listened to my needs and answered all my questions without trying to rush me into a decision. He gave me an ample amount of tim and was not pushy. He listened to my needs and answered all my questions without trying to rush me into a decision. He gave me an ample amount of time to test drive the car I selected, so I would be comfortable with my purchase. He was very friendly throughout the entire process including after the sale was complete which was a considerable amount of time after closing, to help me understand all of the features inside the car. Traci in the finance area was also very pleasant and friendly despite the fact that by the time I got to her she should have probably been at home. More
