We actually bought our KIA from North Olmstead. This is our 4th KIA. And this one has had so many recalls and issues. First my check engine light kept going off. The serviceman kept saying it was u This is our 4th KIA. And this one has had so many recalls and issues. First my check engine light kept going off. The serviceman kept saying it was user error that I wasn't closing the gas cap all the way. However after it going off for a third time the garage manager switched the gas cap and now and behold problem solved. Within a week my for handle stopped working, so I could only unlock it with my key. Again I was told it must be user error. Nope it's was broken and they had to replace it. I'm so tired of being disrespected. This last visit I was there almost three hours for an oil change. They washed my car and the window trim ripped off. They replaced it quickly because I expressed the need to leave to pick up my daughter from school. I will say this, Will (Willy) is amazing, kind, empathetic, and does an amazing job. I know some of these issues are manufacturer problems, however I don't appreciate the criticism as a woman as if I don't know when something is wrong with vehicle. More

The financing went smoothly and was painless- I didn't once feel that I was being "taken" or forced into doing something that wasn't comfortable for my budget. The financing person never put pressure on us to buy additional warranties (though we did buy a few recommended items). Victor was wonderful. He stayed well passed 8pm 2 nights in row, came in on his day off and probably walked that enormous lot 6 or 7 times. Was even willing to go out and get us dinner, and give us money from his own pocket to fill our new car up with gas! Above and beyond polite, curtious and such a nice guy.
