I just moved up to this area and was pleased that they got my vehicle in right away . From the phone call to talking with the server tech I have to say everyone was very kind and considerate of my thought got my vehicle in right away . Was greeted by the sales manager. I told him what we needed, he made a suggestion as to the appropriate vehicle, we walked to the well stocked lot, saw the vehicle and made the deal on the spot, all wit needed, he made a suggestion as to the appropriate vehicle, we walked to the well stocked lot, saw the vehicle and made the deal on the spot, all within 15 minutes. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change, brought it home and it was pouring out windshield washer fluid outside and inside my vehicle. I took it back to the dealership and they said they fixed the pro home and it was pouring out windshield washer fluid outside and inside my vehicle. I took it back to the dealership and they said they fixed the problem. Picked my vehicle up and it was pouring fluid out of it as I picked it up for the second time. They then realized the problem, guaranteed no one looked at it the first time. They had to order parts and carpet because my carpets were saturated from the fluid. They had my vehicle for 1.5 months before I finally got it back. More
