The service staff are knowledgeable and accommodating but the cost of some of the services i.e. replace the brake pads on my car = $890 are simply astronomical. I'm forced to choose a service provider in the the cost of some of the services i.e. replace the brake pads on my car = $890 are simply astronomical. I'm forced to choose a service provider in the neighborhood that will do the work (with OEM parts) for $420.. it's just not financially feasible for most people to get maintenance thru your dealership.
