Was told by the service advisor that the previous time my girlfriend and her two kids waited at this dealership for over two hours was just for an oil change and no work was supposedly done on the recall. So not only were we initially lied to when we got there our time was wasted I lost a full days of work pay on top of a 60 mile waste of gas round trip if it wasn’t for this recall part being installed whenever it does come in I would certainly never be back in to this dealership More

Got a great car. But, it was a real struggle. Had received an offer on my trade from another dealership already. These guys tried to low ball me, by the tune of $4k. But, it was a painstaking process. They offered $12k then $13,500 then $15k. It took us going back to our vehicle to get a fair deal. The only reason we didn't leave was they had our keys. Finally, they gave us what we had already been offered by another dealership. The whole experience was frustrating. The only saving grace was the car we bought.
