Got a great car. But, it was a real struggle. Had received an offer on my trade from another dealership already. These guys tried to low ball me, by the tune of $4k. Eventually, they matched the offe received an offer on my trade from another dealership already. These guys tried to low ball me, by the tune of $4k. Eventually, they matched the offer. But, it was a painstaking process. They offered $12k then $13,500 then $15k. It took us going back to our vehicle to get a fair deal. The only reason we didn't leave was they had our keys. Finally, they gave us what we had already been offered by another dealership. The whole experience was frustrating. The only saving grace was the car we bought. Great car, good price, overall very frustrating experience. More
