I was impressed with the dealership because I didn't feel pressured when I walked in the door. But the sale people let me know that they were there when I had questions. I was very disappointed with my last visit at Ken Ganley Kia. I got to the dealership, I wasn’t properly checked in, just shuffled to the waiting room. I was told it would be an hour or two. Three and a half hours later someone finally came to update me. Then I was given a rental while they fixed my car and I was told they would keep me informed. After three days I had to call and find out what was happening. After a week and a half I called again to see the progress because I wasn’t given a straight answer. The girl that answers the phone for service is very unprofessional which made me even more irritated More

The only complaints I have is my car wasn't detailed throughly, stains still in the back seat. The back windshield wiper was not replaced.
