We had worked with Jeremy as our sales professional and we couldn't say enough good things about him! He was very professional and informative! This is a can do dealership that employs can do, courteous personnel. I couldn't have asked for a better price or excellent sales (Leo Bonilla) or finance departments. I was very disappointed. I saw a great deal on TV. Call ahead and they said they had plenty of Sportage's in stock. When I got there they said they had none. Left after 2 hours. Saw an ad two days later wi ahead and they said they had plenty of Sportage's in stock. When I got there they said they had none. Left after 2 hours. Saw an ad two days later with a deal for a forte lxs. I called and talked to Olga. Told her I was looking for the $179 deal. She said they just got six vehicles in stock. Told me the colors available. I made an appointment. I am disabled, and after putting my leg braces on made the one-hour trip. When I got there very nice sales rep said they were not honoring the advertisement. He said after talking to his manager that they would come close and work something out. Spend time driving the vehicle and falling in love with it. When it came down to it they low-balled my trade in to try to make the deal. They offered me less than half its worth. Presented offer in different ways. Made lower monthly payments but never equal to the amount of value of my trade-in. I am very sad. I have a 10 year old vehicle with only 42000 miles. I was really looking forward to a new vehicle. I've always been a GM customer but read how wonderful the Kia is. Thought I'd give it a go. Wished they were able to honor the deal. Don't know why they advertise cars that they're not willing to sell at that price. Kind of a bait and switch. Sales rep was really nice. Really wish they would reconsider More
Delt with Julie drove out twice with some bait and switch advertisements .then she try to sell 5k over sticker after already buying 3 other new vehicles from Ken ganley there was no way in xxxx I was paying advertisements .then she try to sell 5k over sticker after already buying 3 other new vehicles from Ken ganley there was no way in xxxx I was paying over sticker price .ordered new car I wanted from another dealer which wasn't pain free there incompetence showed up in handling paperwork .but they didn't charge over sticker price like it was a privilege.
